We are incredibly excited to announce that we broke ground on construction last week for our new Pinewood Secondary School. The completion of this facility will allow us to move the middle and high school to the new campus. We will keep you posted on the expected timeline as works progress.

Equally exciting is the Early Years and Elementary School renovation and move to our new campus - both of which are on schedule! This will allow us to move PreK1 - Grade 6 in August and start school there on September 12, 2022! We are very excited about the completion of this first phase of our campus relocation. |

'Going Home' is the name of this largest and most exciting building project in Pinewood's history. It includes the two facilities above - a purpose-built Secondary School complemented by an expertly renovated Early Years & Elementary School. The new Pinewood complex is a forward-thinking model of a 'campus within a campus' on the grounds of Anatolia College.

BACK TO SCHOOL
Getting together after two years of social distancing to welcome the new families, meet our new faculty and staff, and see our Elementary and Secondary facilities is the perfect excuse for a social gathering. Pinewood is organizing the traditional parents' night for Elementary and Secondary to celebrate the new academic year.

An open house/Parents' night event for Elementary parents will be hosted at our new Elementary campus before school starts. On Thursday, September 8, 17:00 - 20:00 you will have the chance to tour the new EY and Elementary building, get to know other Pinewood families, and meet your child’s teachers.
For our Secondary students and their families, we are organizing the Parents’ Night on September 16, from 17:00 to 20:00 at the current Thermi Pinewood campus where the secondary school will remain next year.

SUMMER CAMP FOR UKRAINIAN STUDENTS |

This summer, Pinewood organized a summer camp for Ukrainian students thanks to the generous support of Pinewood's Trustee Ms. Helen Lindsay. The camp provided the children with a fun and educational program on our campus, from June 27 - to July 8.
We would like to express our gratitude to Biscotti Tsoungari, Hot Pot Pasteria, Kosmogevseis, and MEVGAL for their generous donations to the Sun & Sea Summer Camp. Biscotti Tsoungari offered cookies and tsoureki for the students’ daily morning snacks. Hot Pot Pasteria and Kosmogevseis also kindly contributed to providing the children with a healthy and delicious daily meal. MEVGAL offered daily milk supplies. We are so grateful! |
