Dear Pinewood Families,

We invite you to read a letter from our President, Dr. Panos Vlachos, addressed to the Anatolia College community in relation to the current state of affairs.

In addition, we share below another valuable update with you.

Today, the Ministry of Development and Investments issued a circular with measures, aimed specifically at supermarkets, to further limit the spread of the virus.
  • Supermarkets across Greece will restrict the number of customers allowed inside a shop at any given time. A maximum of one customer per 10 square meters is allowed and a minimum distance of two-meter needs to be kept between customers.

  • To further encourage people to stay home, the Ministry promotes online ordering and supermarkets will be allowed to make home deliveries on Sundays as well. (AB, MyMarket, and Sklavenidis are some of the stores offering online ordering).

  • Supermarkets should provide disinfectant gel at the entrance free of charge.

  • Supermarkets should ensure proper ventilation and disinfect their premises at regular intervals.

  • The Ministry also emphasizes that sufficient supplies are available.

Please note that in an effort to follow the most strict measures, the school campus will now fully close and all employees will transition to remote work. If you need to collect something from the school, please contact
Ms. Tzimka so we can arrange for a time and date.

Our phone will operate during working hours but we encourage you to contact Ms. Tzimka by email so we can address your questions/concerns more efficiently.

Should you wish to make a payment via Credit Card, please contact our
accounting department so we can issue a personal link through Alpha Bank allowing you to safely pay by Credit Card online.

If you need to request a certificate of study, please use our certificate request form.

We value your feedback and we also encourage you to share your experiences, tips for parents, and suggestions at #VirtualPinewood on Instagram.

Warm regards,

Dr. Roxanne Giampapa

Head of School
